Boiled Idli Rice
Idli rice is a staple food consumed in most of the parts in South India. It is short, bold kernel with a white belly in the middle of the grains.
The following paddy varieties are used in the process of Idli rice:
- ADT 37, AMBAI 16, CR 1009, GUNDU KRANTHI, ADT 36
